Is Jungle World suitable for my child's age?
Yes! Jungle World is designed for children aged 0-12 years. We have dedicated zones for different age groups including a safe, enclosed toddler area for our youngest explorers and more adventurous attractions like our tall slide, laser tag arena, and go-karts for older children. Our multi-level play frame has something for everyone!
What age groups can enjoy your indoor play centre near Wigan?
Our play centre is for children aged 0–12 years old. We have soft play areas for toddlers and adventure play for older children. We are a great family attraction for Wigan and the surrounding area.
Why do adults need tickets?
Adult tickets (£2 each) help us control venue capacity and ensure there's adequate seating for parents. This policy helps prevent overcrowding and maintains a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult supervisor.
Do you cater for children with special needs?
Yes, we offer dedicated ASD-friendly sessions every Monday from 18:00-19:00. During these sessions, we turn down the music and adjust the lighting to create a more controlled sensory environment. Carers receive free entry during these special sessions. Please contact us in advance if you have specific requirements.

What's your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that plans sometimes change. With advance notice, we may be able to move your booking to another available session date or time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
