Is Jungle World suitable for my child's age?

Yes! Jungle World is designed for children aged 0-12 years. We have dedicated zones for different age groups including a safe, enclosed toddler area for our youngest explorers and more adventurous attractions like our tall slide, trampoline, and zipline for older children. Our multi-level play frame has something for everyone!

Do I need to book in advance?

We highly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. We limit the number of tickets for each session to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience for everyone. Pre-booking guarantees your spot and avoids disappointment on arrival.

Why do adults need tickets?

Adult tickets (£1 - £2 each) help us control venue capacity and ensure there's adequate seating for parents. This policy helps prevent overcrowding and maintains a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult supervisor.

What should my child wear?

Children should wear socks at all times in the play areas (no shoes). We recommend comfortable play clothing with long sleeves for the slide to prevent friction burns. Grip socks provide better traction on climbing equipment, and you can bring your own or purchase them on-site.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have parking available on-site. Our timed session system helps manage parking availability as visitors leave when new guests arrive.

Can I bring my own food?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in Jungle World, except for baby food and formula. Our 5-star hygiene-rated Tiki Café offers a wide selection of freshly prepared meals, snacks, and drinks at reasonable prices, including options for various dietary requirements.

What's your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that plans sometimes change. With advance notice, we may be able to move your booking to another available session date or time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
