Staff Supervision: Our trained staff monitor the area throughout all sessions. As this is an unstructured play space with multiple children, parents are required to supervise their own children at all times.
Age-Appropriate Play: The activity is intended for children aged 0–12+.
Clean & Hygienic Environment: The ball pit and all surrounding areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected, and maintained at the highest hygiene standards.

Why do adults need tickets?
Adult tickets help us control venue capacity and ensure there's adequate seating for parents. This policy helps prevent overcrowding and maintains a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult supervisor.
Is this activity open all year round?

Can I bring my own food?

What's your cancellation policy?
